Key Information

  • The standard convention registration package will check in Sunday, January 19, 2025, and check out Wednesday, January 22, 2025. If you want to arrive earlier or extend your stay, please adjust the dates on your registration form. The room block allows you to book rooms at the group rate 3 days pre- and post- convention. However, once the room block is full, we cannot guarantee additional room availability or the rate. We will let you know if your reservation is not available at the group rate listed above, and you will have the option to cancel.

  • Every Signal franchise will be billed for the cost of one attendee ($2,500) over several months via the Franchise Account Statement. You will still need to complete a registration form for this person’s attendance.

  • Registration for Convention attendees began in March 2024. Registrations beyond the first registration package (auto-billed) will be billed on a separate cycle. Reach out to Catie Hunter at chunter@teamsignal.com with questions or registration needs.

  • After December 1, hotel rooms cannot be canceled, and availability is not guaranteed. The room block is limited and will be filled on a first-come basis.

Example Scenarios

  • Scenario I: Franchise Owner Michael and his Assistant Manager, Dwight, wish to attend Convention and stay in separate rooms. Michael registers them both in May. The total cost is $5,000. Michael’s payment plan that began in March 2024 will cover his portion of attendance ($2,500). Beginning later, Dwight’s attendance will added to the payment plan in the following month, divided into equal payments for the remaining months prior to Convention. In October, Dwight leaves Signal. Billing continues as before. Michael will receive Dwight’s full registration cost back as an account credit post-convention.

  • Scenario II: Franchise Owner Darryl registers only himself in May. His total cost is $2,500. In November, Darryl decides to invite his Sales Manager, Meredith, and stay in separate rooms. Billing continues as before. Darryl will be billed once for Meredith's $2,500 in December.

  • Scenario III: Franchise Owner Jim registers only himself in May. His total cost is $2,500. On January 6, his wife, Pam, decides to come along. She'll come to meals and events but will stay in the same room with her husband. Jim will be billed for Pam’s $660 after Convention ends.
