Ready for West Palm Beach?
We’re excited to host you at the 2026 Signal Franchise Convention in West Palm Beach on January 17-20, 2025! The following information will be helpful as you finish your final trip arrangements and prepare for the convention. Arrival and Airport Information
This year’s event venue, The West Palm Beach Convention Center, is 3 miles from the Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
If you’re staying at the Hilton: Complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Call the hotel upon arrival or to schedule a pick-up. Alternatively, Uber or Lyft is a quick 6-minute ride.
Hotel Arrival and Information
This year’s hotel is the Hilton Palm Beach. The hotel is connected to the convention center by a covered walkway.
Hotel check-in is not guaranteed until 4:00pm on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 11:00am the day of your departure.

Convention Check-In
There will be no formal check-in this year. Attendees can pick up their name badges upon entering the Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. Swag and other materials will be distributed on Monday morning before the General Session at 9:00 a.m.
The Welcome Reception will be outside by the pool with food, drinks, and music! Catch up with your fellow attendees and plan on staying for the evening! Come as you are to this event—no special attire required! Note that this is an outdoor event. Please dress for your comfort!
Convention Attire
Sunday night’s reception attire is come as you are. Convention sessions and lunches are business casual. Monday night’s reception is on-site, and dress is business casual. Cocktail attire is requested for Tuesday night’s Legacy Awards.
West Palm Beach Weather
Likely to be sunny and mild during the day. Evenings can be cooler, so you’ll want a light jacket if you’re spending time outdoors.
Core Awards
Monday night’s Core Awards dinner will be on-site, held in the Grand Ballroom. This event is a less formal evening with fun presentations and awards for some of the best and brightest who represent the Signal brand well.
Vendors
This year’s Vendor Showcase will be held Monday afternoon, from 1:00-4:00pm.

Important On-Site Contacts
A staffed Convention concierge table will be in the Grand Ballroom foyer, and someone will answer your questions or help with anything you may need. On-site event questions can always be directed to any Home Office staff member.
