+ When and where is Convention?

Signal's 2025 Convention is Sunday, January 19 through Tuesday, January 21, 2025. It will be held at the Phoenician Resort in sunny Scottsdale, AZ.

+ How do I reserve a hotel room?

Hotel bookings are part of your Convention registration.

If you'd like your hotel reservation to extend outside of the standard package (check in Sunday and check out Wednesday), or update an existing registration, just let us know on the Registration Form. Hotel room availability is not guaranteed for extended nights, so register early for extra travel days.

+ What does it cost?

Pricing has been set to incentivize multiple guest and franchise staff member attendance. See full pricing here.

+ What does the cost of registration pay for?

The cost of registration includes 3 nights in the hotel (Sun., Mon., Tues.), all meals, participation in Convention events, and transportation to any off-site programming.

+ Do I have to register?

Yes! Registering for Convention is the only way to guarantee yourself a hotel room, a seat at meals, and a name badge to get you into events. Anyone who plans to participate in any Convention event must register.

+ If I am bringing a guest who isn’t attending the convention, do I have to register them?

If your guest plans to attend any Convention programming or events, they must be registered as an attendee. If your guest will merely be sharing a hotel room but won’t participate in any Convention events at all, they don’t need to register.

+ If I register and suddenly have a new contract start/health problem/scorpion sting, will I get a refund?

We are not able to grant refunds if you are unable to attend.

+ Is there transportation provided between the hotel and the airport?

Transportation between hotel and airport is not provided. Consider renting a car or using rideshare.

+ What is the dress code?

The dress code for 90% of convention is business casual with a few exceptions:

Sunday night's Welcome Reception will be outdoors, so dress comfortably casual and bring a jacket!

Tuesday night’s Legacy Night is semi-formal. Ladies may wish to wear a dress; gents should wear a coat and/or tie.

Most lunches will be outside. Plan accordingly.

+ What else can I do while I’m in the Phoenix area?

+ Will Wi-Fi be available?

Free Wi-Fi is available in guest areas of the hotel (including rooms). Convention Wi-Fi information will be provided at registration.

+ Can I bring my children?

The hotel is a family-friendly property with a range of amenities kids are sure to love. Please don’t plan to bring children to the keynotes or breakouts; they will be bored to tears. Anyone attending Convention meals (child or otherwise) must be a registered attendee.

+ What is RISE?

This special ceremony will take place yearly at Convention on Sunday. We will be recognizing the advancement of key team members and graduates of the Leadership Development Program.
