  • New email setups and changes

  • IT Help desk services and general sytems support

  • Working with technology vendors on issues and feature enhancements

  • Monitoring and maintaining network and data security and integrity

  • Training users on technology systems and Signal Apps

• Dashboards Support

  • Creating value-added dashboard tools using multiple data sources

  • Supporting existing dashboards and users

  • Training on basic dashboards navigation and use

  • Soliciting ideas from users for future dashboards
