Our Purpose:

Through Strategic Relationships and direct day-to-day vendor partner management, we strive to grow the Walmart strategic partnership for our most ready and capable franchise markets. As an 11-year vendor partner in this strategic partnerhsip, we leverage our operational standards and consistent performance to gain market share while emphasizing the business needs of our franchise network.

Our Role:

  • Manage and grow our strategic partnership with Walmart

  • Identify new opportunities whether through a bid process or direct request

  • Expand our coverage area and presence with Walmart while continuing to develop specialized service offerings that support the customer and benefit the partnership

  • Educate on the Walmart process, assist with operational support and drive consistent performance standards that facilitate partnership growth

How Can We Help:

  • Manage the overall partnership including direct corporate to corporate communications to drive new bid activity and direct service requests 

  • Educate and guide owners on the Walmart process and provide support on the management of each individual account 

  • Partner with each owner and their teams on account challenges and proper solutions 

  • Assist with all aspects of billing, operations and contracts to see that needs are met
