Through Strategic Relationships and direct day-to-day vendor partner management, we strive to grow the Walmart strategic partnership for our most ready and capable franchise markets. As an 11-year vendor partner in this strategic partnerhsip, we leverage our operational standards and consistent performance to gain market share while emphasizing the business needs of our franchise network.
Our Role:
Manage and grow our strategic partnership with Walmart
Identify new opportunities whether through a bid process or direct request
Expand our coverage area and presence with Walmart while continuing to develop specialized service offerings that support the customer and benefit the partnership
Educate on the Walmart process, assist with operational support and drive consistent performance standards that facilitate partnership growth
How Can We Help:
Manage the overall partnership including direct corporate to corporate communications to drive new bid activity and direct service requests
Educate and guide owners on the Walmart process and provide support on the management of each individual account
Partner with each owner and their teams on account challenges and proper solutions
Assist with all aspects of billing, operations and contracts to see that needs are met
