Our Purpose:

The mission of the Strategic Partnerships team is to generate profitable revenue for our Franchise partners.

How We Can Help:

Signal has a list of named Strategic Partnerships as well as prospect partnerships.  These are within our five verticals- Commercial, Housing, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Distribution.

There are several attributes that constitute a strategic partner.  This can include all or some of these descriptions:

  • National - multiple locations

  • Complex - operational needs

  • High Revenue - over $20k/month

  • MSA or national service contract

  • Home Office sales support

SP Home Office will:

  • Send Digital Housing leads directly to franchise

  • Leads, outside of Housing, will be communicated by email or phone from the SP HO

  • Providing necessary reporting to our SP partners that include current clients, rates and churn of properties.

  • Fund approved leadership conference sponsorship activities

  • Include local franchise participation as appropriate

  • Contact and lead communication when multiple franchise locations are involved

  • Responsible for MSA, working with compliance and client to complete
