Our Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Department serves a critical role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and, ultimately, business growth for franchisees.

Our Role:

The digital marketing team develops comprehensive marketing strategies with consideration of the unique needs of each franchisee and the specific market they serve. This includes creating and managing online advertising campaigns, digital collateral solutions, email campaigns, optimizing local websites for search engines (SEO) and curating engaging content for social media platforms. These efforts help franchisees enhance their online visibility and attract potential customers. 

Additionally, the department provides training and ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to effectively use the digital marketing platforms provided through the Home Office such as HubSpot, SOCI and others.  

The digital marketing team also analyzes data and performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. This analytical approach helps franchisees make informed decisions to better allocate resources and improve their marketing ROI. 

Overall, the digital marketing department acts as a centralized resource and strategic partner for franchisees, empowering them to capitalize on digital opportunities and achieve their business objectives within the broader framework of the franchise brand.
