Our Purpose:

The Communications Department is here to connect the Signal Network and keep you and your team informed of important announcements and initiatives from the Home Office.

Our Role:

The Communications team is responsible for internal and external communications, including the Monthly Update, ScreenCloud, email campaigns, press releases and executive-level initiatives. 

The Communications team is responsible for the content displayed on ScreenCloud, as well as onboarding all interested franchise owners to ScreenCloud. We’re here to help you learn to use the platform, create content to play in your office and solve minor technical issues.  

ScreenCloud:

What is ScreenCloud?

  • ScreenCloud is our digital signage. It comes as a small box that is hooked up to a TV in an office.  

  • ScreenCloud is used for things like announcements, reminders, best practices and accomplishments.  

Why should you get ScreenCloud?  

  • ScreenCloud plays content specific to your office that you can create and control.

    • Create and distribute reminders and announcements to your staff.  

  • ScreenCloud makes it easy to recognize employees achievements.  

  • Important updates from the Home Office can be communicated to everyone.  

Who can get ScreenCloud?  

  • Every franchise who has already refreshed or is currently refreshing can and should get ScreenCloud.  

  • NOTE: you must have an office to use ScreenCloud.  

How much is ScreenCloud?  

  • Each franchise received one device for free included with the Brand Refresh. Additional devices are available for purchase for $200.
